NFT NYC GAMES JAM is a 2 day IRL + remote hackathon focused on the intersection of Web3 Gaming + Infrastructure.
As part of the program there is a VC + Founder pitch session to give new start ups the opportunity to meet and pitch to top VCs.
The Games Jam is aimed at bringing everybody together especially women and non-binary people to hack. We are committed to the event being gender balanced. You don’t need to be an engineer to join. This hack is also for creative minds, non tech people. Musicians, artists, product managers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers, founders, and investors.
It is free for all participants.
No. We have panels, talks, workshops and side events programmed which you are very welcome to attend. You can also be a mentor. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if interested. But we do encourage you to participate in something during the event, and not just passively roam around the venue. Fortunately, there are plenty of activities to choose from.
There is a limited grant fund available. Please apply here at least 2 weeks before the event. There may be other discounts and partnerships attached to the event. If so, these will be announced in the months leading to the event, so make sure you follow us in one of the social networks where we're present.
Yes, we welcome everyone however we encourage everyone to sign up. You can do this upon arrival at the venue.
